SOUP SZN IS UPON US AT PUMP&CRUNCH!
Hi SQRLS! Cail here, and something to know about me is I loveeee a good soup or stew. They’re my all time favorite thing to get creative cooking. Comfort food is my love language!
Now that it’s November and the weather is finally cooler, it’s seasonally appropriate to break out the best of the best of Pump&Crunch Soup Recipes!
Below you’ll find my and your TOP 10 favorite soups from the website. Let’s get cookin’, SQRLS!
1. Zuppa Toscana
A creamy, potato-based Italian soup that is comforting on all levels. I jazzed mine up with the addition of white beans & Greek yogurt for extra flavor & protein. A must-try!
2. Butternut Squash Crockpot Chili
We loveeee a crock pot meal in this community. This recipe went viral on my Instagram feed not once, but twice! And for good reason. We use ingredients like ground meat of choice, butternut squash, bone broth, and more, to create an epic fall-inspired chili.
3. Easy At-Home Ramen
In Texas, everyone loves Ramen. But it can get so pricey! I decided to make a version at home and boy, is it easy to throw together. It’s my go-to recipe when I want something quick and cozy for dinner.
The broth I use that takes the flavor & nutritional content to the next level is the Lemongrass Beef Bone Broth from Kettle&Fire. Visit their website HERE and use code PUMPANDCRUNCH for a discount on these high quality bone broths.
4. Beef Raggu Pasta
Not a soup recipe, but I can’t not add this one! This is a recipe that you whip out when you want to impress someone. It’s easy to make but damnnnn is it good. We slow cook beef chuck roast until it’s falling apart and create a to die for tomato-based pasta sauce to toss with your pasta. Absolute home run.
5. Creamy Lemon Chicken & Rice Soup
Comfort level 12/10! This is a recipe I developed in early 2023 and it’s to die for. It’s a twist on the classic chicken noodle soup, but we use rice instead of noodles. The kiddos will love it!
6. Creamy Butternut Squash & Lentil Soup
One for all the plant-based SQRLS! Even if you aren’t plant-based, this one is a knock out. We use Indian inspired spices to create a deep, warm flavor. The lentils thicken the soup and are our protein component here. It’s delicious!
7. Lasagna Soup
Lasagna… but make it a soup! Ingredients and process are so simple to create a hearty, flavorful soup. We brown beef, add tomatoes, marinara, and bone broth, then crack our dry lasagna noodles into the soup. All topped off with a dollop of our homemade cottage cheese OR ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese mixture.
8. Bone Broth Tortellini Soup
You’ll find this recipe served out of a mini pie pumpkin on my site. It’s so fun to jazz up the meal! Totally optional, of course. Without it, you still have a BOMB tortellini soup recipe that everyone will love. I mean, who doesn’t love tortellini?!
9. Potato Leek Soup
This is a recipe I grew up on in my family. Leeks are in the onion family, but they don’t taste it in this soup. They just add a level of flavor that’s unmatched! We cook down the leeks, potatoes, and andouille sausage, blend it, and serve it up for an epic version of potato soup.
10. White Chicken Chili
A spin off of chili, but made with shredded chicken, green chiles, corn, and topped off with fresh cilantro and crunchy tortilla chips. Perfect for a cozy dinner at home!
