Purchased subscriptions can not be refunded in the middle of a term, but we can put your meal plan on hold until you are ready to start receiving meals again.

If you receive a meal in error, we will either replace the meal or refund your account for the price of the meal.

If you’re allergic to any of these items, you should know that we prepare foods in our kitchens with these ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross-contamination with your other meals. Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. If you have any food allergies, we advise you to exercise extreme caution when ordering from Pump & Crunch Meal Prep. If you have moderate to severe allergies, we cannot recommend Pump & Crunch meal prep for you. Pump&Crunch offers some gluten-free meals, but these meals are not prepared in a gluten-free facility. Catering Terms and Conditions
The Client is hiring the Caterer to provide food and beverages, and related services,for the following event (“Event”):

2. Menu to Be Served
The Caterer will need to have access to the Venue 30-60 minutes in advance of the Start Time for the Event and 30 minutes after the End Time for clean up. Client will make all necessary arrangements, at Client’s expense, to get this access arranged.
3. Coordination with Venue
In exchange for the services of the Caterer, as specified in this Catering agreement, the Client will pay for the Caterer to attend the event, but in no event less than the Guest Count provided by the Client to the Caterer two weeks in advance of the Event, as of the signing of this Contract.
Payment will be made to the Caterer with a 25% nonrefundable deposit of the total amount of the invoice, and the remaining balance will be due one week in advance of the event. The exact amount due will be determined and provided from the Client to the Caterer in writing, one week in advance of the Event, along with a Final Guest Count. The nonrefundable deposit will be included in the final amount due.
4. Payment Terms
The Client is solely responsible for all costs and/or deposits relating to the use of the Venue and for obtaining any necessary permissions, authorisations, or other requirements of the Caterer providing services at the Venue.
5. Responsibilities for Related Costs
The Caterer has or will obtain, general liability insurance relating to the Caterer’s services at the Event. However, the Client will indemnify and hold harmless the Caterer for any damage, theft, or loss of the Caterer’s property occurring at the Event causes by any of the Client’s guests.
6. Insurance and Indemnification
If the Client needs to cancel the event, the Client must provide written notice two weeks before the Event date to the Caterer along with any required cancellation fee described in this Catering agreement, to effect cancellation.
The Client understands that upon entering this agreement, the Caterer is committing time and resources to this Event. Thus cancellation would result in a loss of income, loss of business opportunities due to the reserved date and loss of business costs due to groceries and staff organised for the Event. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.
If the Client requests cancellation of this Contract 30 days or more before the Event, the Caterer shall be entitled to 0%of the Estimated Total Cost.
If the Client requests cancellation of this Contract 14 days or more before the Event, the Caterer shall be entitled to 25%of the Estimated Total Cost.
If the Client requests cancellation of this Contract 0-7 days before the Event, the Caterer shall be entitled to 50% of the Estimated Total Cost.
The full balance will be payable by the Client if cancelled within 7 days of the Event.
The Client’s deposit will be credited against the cancellation fees owed. Any balance will be payable upon the notice of cancellation.
7. Cancellation
The Caterer will work in compliance with all applicable local health department rules and regulations relating to food preparation and food service.
8. Legal Compliance
This Contract cannot be assigned by either Party without the other’s written consent,with the exception outlined in paragraph 10 below.
9. Assignment
If the Caterer cannot fulfil its obligations under this Contract for reasons outside of its control, Caterer may locate and retain a replacement catering company at no additional cost to the Client, or refund the Client’s money in full. The Caterer will not be responsible for any additional damages or compensation under these circumstances.
10. Limitation of Remedies
The Parties agree to not post any negative information about the other arising out of this agreement or Event on any online forum or website without providing advance written notice of the intended content thereof and providing the other party with an opportunity to resolve any issues between the parties amicably.
11. Resolution of Disputes
This Contract will be interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, and any legal action must be filed in the County of Alpine in the State of California.
12. Jurisdiction and Venue
This document, along with its exhibits and attachments, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
13. Entire Agreement
Personal Chef is a monthly subscription who will consult with you at the beginning of the subscription during a 15-20 minute call.
Once we have your likes, dislikes, allergies etc., your curated menu will be shared with you two weeks before the subscription starts at the beginning of the following month. This allows any immediate changes to be made as necessary to the menu.
Once the menu has been set, no changes can be made, as the grocery order will be placed imminently.A personalized recipe research and development fee of $75 is charged in addition to the monthly subscription for the number of meals requested.
Each meal is charged at $12.50 with a minimum order of 40 meals per month (typically, five lunches and five dinners per week). There is no cap on how many meals you would like to order..
