Once you place your order on the website for the amount of portions you'd like, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to click and select your meals off the week's menu.
We offer multiple pickup options - no drop off's just yet! On the meal prep selection link, you can choose between pickup in the Heights, at Texas Athletics Club Gym, or at Nourish Juice Bar.
Our family portions are 4 single portioned meals served in one large family-sized tray. Great for serving up to 4 people, or for 1 person interested in a few portions of one menu item.
Absolutely. On the menu selection link, you'll have a question box where you can list any changes that need to be made to your meals. Ex. No rice, sub out veggies, no tomatoes, etc.
Unfortunately we don't do any specific programming, but I will have a dietician on staff very shortly who will be able to design macro windows for you based off your goals. From there, she can pick menu items from the weekly list best fit for your programming.
If you select to pick up your meals in the Heights, you'll receive an email on Sunday morning with the pickup address and instructions on how to get your meals. If you select the other pickup options, your meals will be available in the fridges at that location every Monday by 9am.
