Meals & Menus
What kind of food do you make?
High-protein, gluten- and dairy-free–friendly meals. Every item is labeled with macros, ingredients, and allergens.
When does the new pre-order menu drop?
Our weekly pre-order menu publishes every Wednesday at 12p noon. We also release supplemental items mid-week.
Can I customize my meals?
Most items allow double protein, nut free, or dairy free add-ons on the product page.
Do you offer grass-fed or organic options?
For catering/corporate orders, we can accommodate grass-fed/pasture-raised proteins and prioritize organic produce by request (lead time/premium pricing may apply).

What's the difference between ordering online and shopping in-store?
Order online to reserve your meals early — you get first pick before items sell out + save $1 per meal. Shop in-store for quick, grab-and-go options from our fridge.
What are your delivery options?
We are on Doordash and can arrange for Uber deliveries upon special request
How long does the food stay fresh?
5-7 days.
Ordering & Pricing
What are your prices?
- Entrées: typically $12–$16
- Breakfast items / Oats: $6–$10
- SQRL Snacks / Sauces: $3.50 – $8
- Family-style trays: usually $48–$85 depending on protein/size
How do I order?
Two ways:
- Pre-Order for an upcoming fulfillment day.
- In-Store Now (Pickup Today) to reserve what’s currently in our Heights fridge.
What time is the pre-order weekly menu cutoff?
The weekly pre-order menu opens Wednesdays at 12pm noon CT. We must receive your orders by Saturday at 4:00pm CT.
Can I change my order after ordering?
Yes, please reach out to us prior to Saturday at 4:00pm. All orders lock at this time.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Where / when is pickup?
Houston Heights.
If you ordered from the pre-order menu, your order is ready on Sundays at 1pm and you can pickup anytime during business hours the following week.
If you ordered from the in-store now menu, your orders are usually ready in ~30–60 min and can be picked up anytime during business hours.
Do you ship?
We do not currently ship any meals; however, we can ship SQRLBars, SQRLSpices, and SQRLSauces. USPS rates calculate and are charged at checkout.
Catering & Corporate
Do you cater events and office meals?
Yes — boxed meals, family-style trays, buffet drop-off, or staffed service (as available). We also run recurring office programs (weekly/biweekly/monthly).
How much notice do you need?
- 10–25 guests: 48–72 hours
- 25–75 guests: 5–7 days
- 75+ / staffed events: 7–10 days
How do I start?
Go to the Catering & Events page and submit the inquiry form (occasion, date/time, headcount, service style, dietary needs, budget).
Nutrition, Allergies, & Customizations
Are macros included?
Yes — Calories • Fat • Carbs • Fiber • Protein on every label.
Allergies?
List serious allergies in the notes section at checkout or on the Catering form. While we use careful handling, our kitchen isn’t a certified allergen-free facility.
What oils do you use?
Organic olive and avocado oils. Sesame oil in our asian sauces.
Payments, Policies, & Quality
What payments do you accept?
All major cards (invoice available for corporate orders). We are cashless.
Cancellations / changes?
You can change/cancel before the cutoff. After cutoff, orders are confirmed and cannot be changed.
Quality Guarantee
If something misses the mark, email us and we'll make it right.

What are your hours?
Monday-Friday - see footer for exact hours. Pre-order pickup is on Monday or anytime during store hours. In-store now items are always available in store during normal business hours.
