How does Pump&Crunch work?
We drop a fresh new menu every Wednesday! You can place your order online anytime through Saturday night. Meals are cooked fresh in our Houston kitchen every day and are ready for pickup or delivery after 3pm on Sunday.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh for 5-6 days in the fridge. Everything is made with clean, wholesome ingredients and no preservatives, so we recommend keeping them refrigerated and enjoying them within the week.
When & where do I pick up my meals?
Pickup is available at the Pump&Crunch storefront in the Houston Heights at 2811 Airline Drive. Your confirmation email will include all pickup details and times.
Can I customize my meals?
We offer a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and high-protein options each week. While we can’t fully customize every meal, we design each menu to include a balance of flavors, macros, and dietary preferences.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes! Most of our meals freeze well for up to 2 months. Just thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat when you’re ready to eat.
How do I reheat my meals?
Pop them in the microwave for 1–2 minutes or transfer to an oven-safe dish and warm in the oven at 350°F for 10–15 minutes. Remove any sauces or toppings first if you want to keep them cool or crunchy.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Pump&Crunch gift cards are available in any amount and make the perfect gift for foodies, new parents, busy professionals, or anyone who could use a break from cooking.
