Ingredients
- 1 lb Fingerling Potatoes
- 2 Tsp Basi
- l2 Tsp Oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper OR aluminum foil.
- Chop potatoes in half, lengthwise.
- Toss potatoes in basil, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, and olive oil. Make sure all potatoes are coated evenly.
- Spread potatoes out evenly on your baking sheet.
- Roast at 400F for 20-25 minutes, until crispy.
