Fall in a bowl! And completely hands-off cooking. All you have to do is pop your ingredients into the slow cooker either overnight or before work, and you wake up or come home to your house smelling GOOD and dinner ready to serve!
Ingredients
- 1 large, cubed butternut squash (skin and seeds removed) - about 3 cups
- 1 lb browned ground beef/bison/lamb/turkey/chicken (any ground meat works)
- 1 large, chopped white onion - about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 30 oz chicken broth (3ish cups)
- Spice Blend:
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your crockpot/slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 5 hours or on low all day/overnight
