We made these in the meal prep kitchen this weekend and I forgot how much I loveeeee roasted sweet potatoes. Caked with a ton of spices and cooked to perfection. UGH SO GOOD.
I ate 2 whole sweet potatoes yesterday in one sitting because I just couldn’t stop…
Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
- Sweet Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Garlic powder
- Wash your sweet potato
- Cut into wedges or thick fries
- Toss in lots of oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder (that’s what I did - you can use whatever spices you like!)
- Line in one layer on a baking sheet
- Bake at 400F for 25-35 minutes, depending on your oven
- Flip half way!
