Cook ground chicken in a pot/pan until juices run clear.
Add diced white onion, diced green bell pepper, and chopped water chestnuts for that crunchhh. I used the canned ones!
Flavor the meal with whatever Asian sauce you like. I used gluten free oyster and soy sauce. Love hoisin in this too, but I was out. When it comes to how much you add, add according to your taste buds. I didn’t measure here!
Let the chicken and veggies simmer in the sauce about 10 minutes and that’s it!
Serve in lettuce cups and top with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
