Ingredients
- Ground chicken
- White onion, diced
- Green bell pepper, diced
- Water chestnuts, diced
- Romain leaves (or lettuce cup of choosing)
- Green onions, diced
- Sesame seeds
- GF Oyster Sauce
- GF Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Cook ground chicken in a pot/pan until juices run clear.
- Add diced white onion, diced green bell pepper, and chopped water chestnuts for that crunchhh. I used the canned ones!
- Flavor the meal with whatever Asian sauce you like. I used gluten free oyster and soy sauce. Love hoisin in this too, but I was out. When it comes to how much you add, add according to your taste buds. I didn’t measure here!
- Let the chicken and veggies simmer in the sauce about 10 minutes and that’s it!
- Serve in lettuce cups and top with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
