BREAKFAST HACK – I love my veggies chopped super small. It changes of the texture of your food and makes for a fun switch up!

Ingredients
- 1/2 sweet potato, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped,
- Eggs
- Green Goddess Seasoning from Trader Joes (or seasoning of choice)
- Fresh Dill
- Kettle & Fire Chicken broth
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Chop up sweet potatoes and bell peppers and add to pan with olive oil and a splash of chicken broth. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add in zucchini and seasoning and cook another 3-5 minutes until soft. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Cook desired amount of eggs.
- Plate hash and eggs and top with fresh dill. Enjoy!
