Add my favorite sweet potato zucchini fritters as a side dish with this salmon and you have yourself one AMAZING meal!
Ingredients
- Slab of salmon
- 1 tbsp Boursin cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Boursin cheese, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice. Pour over your slab of salmon and coat the fish evenly. Top with thin slices of lemon.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes and top with a squeeze of lemon. SO GOOD!
