Its time to prep and roast some delicious butternut squash! Perfect side dish for the holidays!
The Perfect Roasted Butternut Squash
- Butternut squash
- Avocado Oil
- Seasoning: Cumin, nutmeg, garlic powder, salt
- Graded Parmesan
- Cut off ends of butternut squash, peel and de-seed.
- Dice into small pieces.
- Put on baking sheet and spray with oil and mix in seasoning. Cook at 400 F for 45 min.
- Once removed from oven, put graded Parmesan over squash while still hot.
