15 minutes & done! We just ate over half this slab in one sitting because itâ€™s SO. DANG. GOOD.
When it comes to roasting salmon, the flavors you choose to brush on the fish are up to your palate. As long as you have some sort of binder and seasoning (of course) itâ€™s going to come out great.
My flavors of choice today are sesame oil and Trader Joeâ€™s chili onion crunch. I know not everyone has access to a Trader Joeâ€™s for this specific product, but I do believe there is a version of this sold at some grocery stores.
