15 minutes & done! We just ate over half this slab in one sitting because it’s SO. DANG. GOOD.
When it comes to roasting salmon, the flavors you choose to brush on the fish are up to your palate. As long as you have some sort of binder and seasoning (of course) it’s going to come out great.
My flavors of choice today are sesame oil and Trader Joe’s chili onion crunch. I know not everyone has access to a Trader Joe’s for this specific product, but I do believe there is a version of this sold at some grocery stores.
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Sesame Oil
- Chili Onion Crunch
Instructions
- Mix sesame oil and Chili Onion Crunch in a small bowl.
- Put salmon on baking sheet and baste with sauce.
- Bake for 450 to 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
