This recipe is constantly on repeat in my kitchen because it’s that easy, and that good.
Turkey, Brussels, & Quinoa Hash
- Ground turkey
- Brussel sprouts
- Seasoning: whatever you prefer (I used Creole seasoning)
- Cook ground turkey in pan & season with preferred seasoning.
- Cut off ends of brussels sprouts and slice in half, then add into pan with ground turkey.
- Add in cooked quinoa and mix.
- Season to taste and enjoy!
