A+ way to eat fried eggs and definitely my new favorite!
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Pesto sauce
- Toast of choice
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Place 3 spoonfulls of pesto into a pan (be sure to space out on the pan)
- Crack one egg into the middle of each area of pesto.
- Cook eggs to desired level and place on toast of choice.
- Top off with red pepper flakes (optional).
