No need to go out to sushi, when you can make your own delicious hand rolls at home!
- Seaweed snack paper
- 1C Sushi Rice
- Smoked Salmon
- Rice vinegar (optional)
- Dipping sauce of choice
- Add rice and water to pressure cooker and cook for 5 minutes (set for pressure to naturally release).
- On a plate add your seaweed sheets, sliced cucumber, and smoked salmon.
- Once rice is done, fluff with a fork and add a splash of rice vinegar (optional).
- Take one paper of seaweed, add a spoonful of rice, then smoked salmon and finally top with sliced cucumber and dip into dipping sauce of choice.
- Repeat and enjoy!
