Cube the fish into 1” bite sized pieces, add to a bowl, and toss in 1 tbsp olive oil and all spices until coated evenly.
Add 1 tsp olive oil to a hot skillet and sear the fish pieces 3-4 min per side (front/back) until a nice brown crisp forms on all sides. Remove from the pan and set side.
For the salsa - Add to a small bowl and toss mango, purple onion, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and a small pinch each of salt and pepper.
Warm tortillas on a hot pan for 1-2 min each side. Time to assemble tacos.
Tortilla, lettuce cup, fish, top with salsa. Enjoy!
