Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish of choice - I used catfish
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1/8 tsp salt
 - 1/8 tsp black pepper
 - 1/8 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/8 tsp paprika
 - 1/8 tsp cumin
 - 1 mango, peeled and diced
 - 1/2 purple onion, diced
 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped finely
 - 1 small avocado, diced
 - 1 lime, juiced
 - Lettuce cups
 - 4 tortillas
 
Instructions
- Cube the fish into 1†bite sized pieces, add to a bowl, and toss in 1 tbsp olive oil and all spices until coated evenly.
 - Add 1 tsp olive oil to a hot skillet and sear the fish pieces 3-4 min per side (front/back) until a nice brown crisp forms on all sides. Remove from the pan and set side.
 - For the salsa - Add to a small bowl and toss mango, purple onion, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and a small pinch each of salt and pepper.
 - Warm tortillas on a hot pan for 1-2 min each side. Time to assemble tacos.
 - Tortilla, lettuce cup, fish, top with salsa. Enjoy!
