- 2 lb bag Yukon gold potatoes - peeled
- 1 cup milk (any kind you prefer - can be dairy or non)
- 2 tbsp buttahhhh
- 1/4 cup fresh, finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp each of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
- Peel and boil potatoes.
- Drain and add to a large bowl.
- Mash to as smooth or chunky as you prefer.
- Add remaining ingredients and combine.
- If too dry, add more milk. Done!
