Ingredients
- 2-3 lb roast (I did pork)
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 lb baby potato medley
- 17oz Kettle & Fire bone broth (code PUMPANDCRUNCH for 20% off)
- 3 tbsp meat rub spice blend
Instructions
- Pat roast dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the spice blend into the meat to completely cover all sides and place in the bottom of your crock pot.
- Cover the roast with chopped onion, minced garlic, and baby potatoes.
- Add 17oz carton of bone broth.
- Cook on HIGH for 7 hours or LOW for 10 hours.
- Shred meat with two forks and serve roast, potatoes, and gravy over cooked rice.
