- 4 salmon filets
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to broil @ 500F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper/aluminum foil.
- Line raw salmon filets on the pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt.
- Brush seasoned sesame oil over salmon to completely drench it on all sides.
- Broil for 10 minutes for perfectly flaky salmon and perfect crispy edges.
