Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- Bowl ingredients: Rice, black beans, lime wedge
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to Instant Pot.
- Lock top and close pressure valve.
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes and let pressure naturally release.
- Build your bowl by layering rice, chicken, beans, and garnish with a lime wedge.
