In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, purple onion, green onion, garlic, egg, flour, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Roll mixture into meatballs and line on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 20 min.
In a large skillet, add half a jar of store-bought teriyaki sauce, juice of 1 lime, and 2 tbsp water. Whisk together and simmer until a thick sauce forms.
Once meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and coat well.
In another skillet, add olive oil, bag of riced cauliflower, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and cook on medium heat to steam the cauli rice, stirring every 3-4 min until rice is a texture you like.
• Plate your cauliflower rice, top with a few meatballs, pour over some sauce, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
