These mason jar yogurt parfaits are great to store in the fridge over night for a quick grab-and-go meal for a busy morning heading off to work. And it satisfies a sweet tooth without the guilt! I used Icelandic yogurt in mine because is so creamy and delicious, but any yogurt works here just as well. Enjoy your yummy meal!
- 1 cup Icelandic yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- Screw top mason jar
- Begin layering 1/4 cup yogurt, then a tablespoon of granola, and a handful of berries into your mason jar.
- Continue to layer until the jar is full.
- Store in the fridge up to one day and enjoy for a quick breakfast on-the-go.
