Hamburger Helper. A recipe we 90s kids will never forget! I’ve made my own Pump&Crunch version that tastes just as good, but with less calories and cleaner ingredients. Basically, we’re using cauliflower as half the pasta and instead of a thick sauce, we used simple sugar free BBQ sauce and fat free cheddar cheese. Both still delicious and make this dish absolutely epic for a weeknight dinner or for meal prep. Let’s get cooking!
