Pressure Cooker Mongolian Beef and BroccoliAre you ready for a Pressure Cooker recipe that is ready from start to finish in less than 30 minutes? OH AND… tastes like restaurant quality take-out? OH AND… is healthy and absolutely delicious? It’s actually freaking me out how easy this PRESSURE COOKER MONGOLIAN BEEF AND BROCCOLI is to make!

I used just a few simple steps of browning the beef, mixing together a sauce, and pressing a few buttons, and just like that, it’s done and ready to eat! I developed this recipe my weekly Live video on Instagram and FaceBook called #CookingWithCail. It was so delicious that I made it again during the week to make a few changes, and I’m probably going to make it a third time over the weekend because it’s THAT GOOD, y’all!

I used All Natural Shaved Beef Steak from Trader Joe’s in this recipe. It truly makes my life easy as hell – because I’m a busy squirrel. Anyone else? The meat is already shaved into perfectly thin bite-sized pieces, and works great for this recipe. If you don’t have a TJ’s, don’t worry – I’m sure your grocery store has it, too! If they don’t have the Shaved Beef Steak, purchase a flank steak and thinly slice it how ya like it for this recipe. It will add a few minutes, but this recipe is so worth it.
