Instructions:
Prepare the Coating:
– In a small shallow bowl, crack the egg and whisk.
– In another shallow bowl, mix the gluten-free flour with salt and pepper.
– Take each marinated chicken piece and coat it evenly with the gluten-free flour mixture.
