Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil & 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh grated/minced ginger
- 1 tbsp fresh grated/minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili oil (*optional)
- 1 lb ground breakfast pork
- 1 lb green beans, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Sesame seeds & rice
Instructions
- Warm avocado and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and chili oil. Sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground pork and brown fully.
- Chop green beans into 1 inch pieces and add to the pan.
- Make the sauce (soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey) and add to the pan.
- Stir, cover, and cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until the green beans are forktender.
- Top with sesame seeds, serve with rice, and enjoy!
