No ice needed! Use some frozen fruit of choice, a bit of Greek yogurt for creaminess (optional), a scoop of @ritual protein powder (the best tasting & quality on the market, IMO), and some milk of choice. Blend & enjoy!!

- 1/2 C frozen blueberries
- 1/2 C frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 C greek yogurt
- 1 Scoop Ritual Protein Powder
- 1 C milk of choice
