I’d like to introduce you to the best ground turkey you’ll ever eat in your life!
I’ve always made this recipe into burgers, but I’ve been meal prepping a bit for myself lately, and figured I would batch prep a bit to eat on for the rest of the week. It is so flavorful I want to go swimming in this ground turkey!
There’s an entire bag of spinach in 1 pound of ground turkey and you cannot even taste it. It just turns your meat this fun, bright green color!
This ground turkey, it would be fantastic in tacos, a salad, a burrito, bowls, or as a snack by itself. Can’t wait to hear how you guys like this one!
Here’s how to make it…
Ingredients
- 1 lb organic pasture raised ground turkey
- 1 bag of spinach
- 1/2 C of Kettle & Fire Bone Broth (or water)- use code PUMPANDCRUNCH for 20% off
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Feta cheese
Instructions
- Add ground turkey to a skillet and brown fully. Drain the juice out.
- While the turkey is cooking, spinach, Kettle & Fire bone broth (or water), seasonings to a blender. Blend on medium power until a liquidy paste forms.
- Once you drain the juice from your ground, turkey, add the green liquid to the pan, stir to combine, and simmer over medium low heat for about five minutes.
- LAST STEP (optional) - Turn off the heat and fold in some chunks of organic pasture raised feta cheese.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge for handy protein during the week!
