Someone stop me from eating this entire sheet of chocolate bark!
I am leaning towards the fact that pomegranate seeds might be my absolute favorite fruit. They are so flavorful and delicious when there in season, and there’s so many fun things you can do with them to be festive.
Today, I covered mine in chocolate!
You can totally buy pomegranate seeds already removed from the shell, or you can remove them yourself. You can see mine was a bloodbath.
The chocolate I used was @hukitchen and it’s pretty much the only chocolate I buy from the store these days. It’s a 10/10.
This would be so great to serve at a holiday party for a dessert! Or just for some sweet snacking throughout the week (my plan). Hope you guys enjoy!
