Absolutely delicious, y’all. And the best part, it’s a completely hands-off meal. Add everything to either your instant pot or crock pot, let it work it’s magic for a few hours, and BOOM, DONE!
Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless roast
- 2 cups chicken/beef broth
- 1 white onion, diced
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- Spice blend: 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Instant pot: Add all ingredients to the pot, lock the top, and cook on high pressure for 80 minutes. Let pressure valve naturally release. Use your hands (gloves preferred) and shred beef. Mix back into the sauce created during cooking. Done!
- Crock pot: Add all ingredients to the pot and cook on high for 6-8 hours. Shred beef and mix into the sauce created during cooking. Done!
