Ingredients
- Filling Ingredients: chopped bacon, minced garlic, kale, fresh tomatoes
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 C cottage cheese
- 1/3 C milk
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add chopped bacon to a pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add in minced garlic, chopped kale and sliced tomatoes and continue for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs, cottage cheese, milk, and salt to a blender. Blend on medium for 15 seconds.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Pour in the blended eggs and all fillings. Stir it up.
- Bake at 375F for 35 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
