Ingredients
- 1 burrito wrap
- Bagged caesar salad kit
- 1 cooked chicken thigh
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Empty 1/2 of the bagged caesar salad kit into a bowl (lettuce, dressing, croutons, cheese, etc - everything it comes with).
- Chop 1/2 avocado and mix into the bowl.
- Chop chicken thigh into bite sized pieces and add to the bowl.
- Warm your tortilla for 10-15s in the microwave so it's pliable.
- Empty mixture into the burrito and roll it up.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and crisp the on all sides (about 1-2 min per side) to get a nice golden crust.
- Cut in half and DIVE IN!
