I was today years old when I tried my first bowl of Overnight Oats, and I was pleasantly surprised! Honestly, I hadn’t tried it yet because the idea of something cold and mushy first thing in the morning didn’t sound the best. But, I’ve been proven wrong, y’all.
These overnight oats are packed with nutritious ingredients. We sweetened it with banana so there is no added sugar. Vanilla extract adds a zing of flavor and the fresh blueberries and chia seeds add antioxidants and a vibrant color.
It’s a winner and the perfect grab-n-go breakfast as you’re running out the door. Takes just 5 minutes to make the night before and sits in the fridge overnight. It also requires no microwave to eat, just a spoon and a hungry belly.
Let’s make it!
