Who doesn’t love a casserole?! This one rocks for meal prep. Make a big pan of it and eat off of it all week. Ingredients are simple: Chicken, potatoes, green beans, bacon, and some spices. That’s it! Let’s make it, y’all.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cubed
- 4 large potatoes cubed
- 16 oz bag french green beans, chopped
- 2 tbsp Frank's red hot sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 strips bacon, chopped and cooked to make bacon bits
- Shredded cheese of choice (*optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare chicken and veggies and add to the dish.
- Add hot sauce and spices and toss well.
- Bake for 1 hour at 400F, tossing every 20 min.
- Remove from oven and add cheese and crispy bacon.
- Bake another 10 min until cheese is melted.
