I never knew how 1) delicious and 2) easy to make cranberry sauce is until this year. Lots of firsts with this fruit in 2021.
My family always eats the canned cranberry sauce for holidays. They love it, but I have never tried it because of its shape coming out of the can…lol. I’m sure it’s delicious though, for those who enjoy it!
I ventured out and made my own and y’all, it takes 10 minutes. That’s it! It’s so so so good. That’s 3 “so”s. Get in there. You don’t regret it!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup fresh OJ
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (more to taste, if needed)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small pot.
- Bring to a simmer on low heat and cook for 8-10 min, stirring frequently, until sauce is a soft, creamy texture.
