Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 boiled egg
- Romaine lettuce
- 5 oz canned tuna, drained
- 1/2 tsp spicy mustard
- 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo
- Pinch of cajun seasoning
- 1/8 cup sweet and spicy pickles, diced
- 1 tsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Boil an egg.
- Toast the bread.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine canned tuna, spicy mustard, avocado oil mayo, cajun seasoning, pickles, and pickle juice and mash it to a tuna salad consistency.
- Layer your sandwich - add sliced boiled eggs, tuna salad, lettuce, and more mayo - slice in half and enjoy!
