Ingredients
- 3 salmon filets (about 1 lb)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Hamburger buns
- Condiments and toppings of choice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and lock the lid.
- Press the pulse button on your food processor for 1 second, 3 times. Mixture should be blended, but still have chunks of salmon present.
- Form the mixture into 5 oz patties (should make about 3) and add to a nonstick pan on medium heat, along with olive oil. Cook 5-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness of your patties.
- Toast sesame buns, add condiments and toppings of choice, and finish with your salmon burger patty. Enjoy!
