Tahini Cashew Lime Sauce

 

 

This sauce is bulletproof! It’s creamy, citrusy, and contains all the goods! Nutrient dense and tastes great over anything. I had mine over my Ground Flax & Almond Crusted Chicken Thighs (as pictured here) and also over ground Bison tacos!

 

Total Time: 5 minutes

Makes about 1 cup

Sauce Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Unsalted Cashews

1 Tbsp Organic Tahini

1 Lime, juiced

1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped

3/4 Cup Filtered Water

1 Tbsp Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Black Pepper

 

Sauce Recipe:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high until desired sauce texture is reached. Should come out very creamy! (Add more water if you like your sauce thinner)
  3. Transfer from blender into a bowl and serve!
