4-Ingredient Tuna Salad


Here’s a simple 4-Ingredient Tuna Salad that you can whip together in UNDER 5 MINUTES! It’s light, healthy, and made with all natural ingredients with no added crapola. Great for a lunch on-the-go or for a poolside snack this summer!


1- 5oz. Can of Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

1 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo

2 Tbsp Cultured Guru Fermented Dill Pickles, finely chopped

1 Cage Free, Organic Hard Boiled Egg, finely chopped


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and eat ’em how ya like ’em! BOOM SHAKALAKA!

Any of these ingredients can be subbed out for a different brand. These are the ones I use and they’re delish.

I ate mine with Siete Lime Flavored Grain Free Tortilla Chips today but my second favorite is Simple Mills Almond Flour Sea Salt Crackers.
