This sauce is bulletproof! It’s creamy, citrusy, and contains all the goods! Nutrient dense and tastes great over anything. I had mine over my Ground Flax & Almond Crusted Chicken Thighs (as pictured here) and also over ground Bison tacos!
Total Time: 5 minutes
Makes about 1 cup
Sauce Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Unsalted Cashews
1 Tbsp Organic Tahini
1 Lime, juiced
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped
3/4 Cup Filtered Water
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Sauce Recipe:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until desired sauce texture is reached. Should come out very creamy! (Add more water if you like your sauce thinner)
- Transfer from blender into a bowl and serve!
