Greek Yogurt Lemon Coleslaw

This is the perfect recipe to bring to your Easter Brunch this Sunday! Light, delicious, and NO MAYO!

1 Head of Cabbage, chopped finely (green or purple)

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1- 5oz. Container of Plain, Greek Yogurt  (to make this recipe dairy free, use dairy free yogurt)

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Lemon, juiced

1/3 Tsp Paprika

1/3 Tsp Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp Sea Salt



Chop the cabbage and place into a bowl. In a separate smaller bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients well. Add sauce to the cabbage, stir, and serve!
