BulletProof Coffee

If you haven’t had a BulletProof Coffee yet, you’re not truly living. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, keep reading because you’re life is about to change forever.

Have you ever heard of putting BUTTER in your coffee? It may sound a little weird, I thought so the first time I heard it, but this is the most cream, flavorful, HEALTHY coffee you’ll ever taste.

 

Why drink this BulletProof coffee, you may ask? According to The Official BulletProof Staff, here are 7 reasons why:

Let’s do this…

4 Ingredients. 1 Coffee Pot. 1 Blender. 1 Coffee Cup. 3-2-1-GEAUX.

I made mine straight from the instructions from the BulletProof website and it came out amazing. The only difference is I topped mine with cinnamon.

 

Step 1: Make your coffee with high quality beans (not crap)

Step 2: Add 1 tbsp of Brain Octane Oil

***I used the BulletProof Brand Brain Octane Oil. Got it off of Amazon.

Step 3: Add 1 tbsp of Grass Fed Butter/Ghee (unsalted)

***I used 4th & Heart Ghee.

Step 4: Add 1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides.

***This wasn’t on the BulletProof website but I added them anyway for the extra goodness.

Step 5: Add coffee, oil, and butter to your blender and blend until frothy and creamy.

Step 6: Pour into your glass, top with ground cinnamon (optional), and drink up!
